Conditions of participation

  • The raffle is organised by CheckYeti (CheckYeti GmbH, Fleischmanngasse 1/26,1040 Vienna), Atomic (Atomic Austria GmbH, Atomic Straße 1,5541 Altenmarkt im Pongau) is the official raffle partner.
  • Any natural person aged 18 and over with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, France and Italy is eligible to participate.
  • The competition starts on 07.01.2019 and ends on 21.01.2019 (23:59 CET).
    One pair of Vantage X 74 W (incl. FT 11 binding) and one pair of Vantage 97 TI (incl. Warden binding) will be raffled among all participants. During the promotion period, starting on 07.01.2019, only one pair of skis can be won per person.
  • In order to participate in the raffle, the competition form must be filled in completely and truthfully. Faulty, invented and foreign names or e-mail addresses lead to an exclusion from the competition.
  • CheckYeti reserves the right, in case of suspicion of manipulation or violation of the conditions of participation, to exclude participants, to withdraw already awarded prizes, to reclaim them if necessary and to determine substitute winners.
  • The winners will be randomly determined on the basis of all submitted and valid competition forms, legal action is excluded. A cash payment of the profit is not possible.
  • The respective winners will be notified by e-mail of the prize by 28.01.2019 at the latest.
  • The winners may be named by the organizer/partner as winners on the raffle page and/or as a post or comment on Facebook.
  • Winners will have 48 hours to accept the prize after winning notification, otherwise the claim will expire and a new draw will take place.
  • The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail.
  • By participating in the raffle, you agree to the storage and processing of your personal data as well as being contacted by e-mail for information and advertising purposes against revocation at any time. When saving the information, it is carefully processed and used in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection. By participating, the transmission of information by electronic mail (e-mail, etc.) is granted. The collected data will be transmitted to Atomic Austria GmbH and stored and processed by Atomic Austria GmbH for the same purpose.
  • Participants can obtain information about their stored personal data at the e-mail address marketing@checkyeti.com and request a correction, deletion or blocking at any time. If, in retrospect, there are any objections to the storage, processing and use of the data, the consent can be revoked without stating reasons under the above-mentioned e-mail address.
